This sustainable insect house welcomes many different species of beneficial pollinators featuring multiple types of habitats, including bamboo tubes and drilled wood cylinders. The top and bottom areas of the house are filled with bamboo tubes and drilled wood cylinders.  These elements will attract solitary bees such as mason bees and leaf-cutter bees. These native North American bees are non-aggressive "super pollinators," meaning they are 30-60 times more effective at pollinating than honey bees.

The middle area of this house features horizontal slats, which accommodate lacewings: a natural predator to pest insects and pest larvae. This wooden insect hotel is constructed with insects in mind, with a metal roof that will keep your insects safe from the elements and a cedar wood body that will look attractive and functional in your garden. 

You can install the house on a tree, side of a wall, or poll with with one mounting screw, (included).
